Default howling noise

i realise recently that while i press the gas pedal there is a loud howling noise that increase with speed.it happened a couple mounths after changing my 02 sensoe and spark plugs and wires"bosch 02 censor' and champion double platinum plugs also regular auto zone wires, can any one detect this problem or experience it before

Does it increase with the speed of the car or the speed of the engine?

If it follows the engine that narrows it down for others. Especially since I have no idea. I would suspect a vacuum leak though.
