I need to run some wires under my rear seat...did a search and looked in tech info. Thanks for any help!

pull up from the back of the seat.....and then push towards the rear of the car

You do that a little differently.

I've pushed back and up...you'll hear it pop loose. Install is push back and down. Do this where the middle of each front seat would be. Also...most use their knee.

to take my seat out i push as hard as i can on the front of the seat toward the back of the car and lift at the same time.

yeah... Bill'* method is a little easier. I find bracing against the front seats and then using your knee, or both hands to push back and up works the best.

To remove the back of the seats, remove 2 nuts that hold the seatbelts in the center, which are 15mm-19mm I think, somewhere in there. And then there are 2 flimzy nuts that are larger on either side by the seat belts that get removed. These can sometimes be hand turned, or an adjustable works fine.
