95nSta, my Actron isn't internally powered, but could be with Bill B'* schematic. It has a seperate power cord currently.

What I listed was all my OBD1 Actron cable has in it. That'* IT. Nothing else. I don't even have some conductors you have listed going to pins that your schematic shows as necessary.
I'm doing some diagnostics tomorrow with an Auto-Xray to determine protocols, and I'm digging through both the 93 and 95 FSM'* tonight.

It appears that my 'new' CP9110 OBD1 cable is of newer manufacture and quite different than Bill Buttermore'*. It also appears as if the OBD2 cable I have with the 9 pin Serial on one end is purely OBD2, and might not work with the 95.
Greyhare and I are doing some protocol/wire testing with his Auto Xray today, I'm looking at the Net and both FSM'* (THAT'* a big stack of books for 2 years, 5 volumes), and Bill B is sending me a spare cable he has.

The availability of the CP9115 cable apparently depends on whom you talk to. I called Actron this morning to get a price on the OBDII 3.0 cable and learned that they still had some CP9115 cables for sale. Here are some options: The first characters are the Actron part numbers.
CP9115 - '94-'95 GM - 7 in stock - short adapter plus extension cable- $40
0038-000-3333- OBDII 3.0 - 3400 in stock - short adapter cable - $14.87
0038-000-3173 - 23 in stock - short adapter cable part of CP9115 - $16.12
So if you act fast, you can get a proper setup for the '94-'95 GM for your CP9110 for $40, or the cheapo $16 cable if you don't mind juggling the scan tool on your knees.
When these old ones are gone, they will probably not replace the stock. But you can still make your own for a long time with the $14.87 part, they fit the new tools too.

I was quoted $36 for the CP9115 cable from Autozone. But that option looks like it'* going to run out, since they just buy from Actron to begin with.
Anyone can make it, considering we can buy both connectors in raw form, and someone can give the pinouts (I've pinned out my OBD1 Actron cable already).
