Default Head gasket or what

Lately I notice my 94 ssei smoke out of the tailpipe, this is when I am sitting for a while and my temp goes to about 210. Is this a head gasket or a other problem.

How long does it sit and run before reaching 210? Remembering there are no fans or cooling until 216degrees when the low speed fans come on.

it takes approx. 15 min. whiteish smoke, does not loose antifreeze. Idle is off, pulsates.

Head gasket failures on these cars are extremely rare, to the point that they're virtually unheard of.

I'd personally start with a wet and dry compression check first, then go from there.
