Default Hard Shift

Alot of times when acceling hard out of a turn and going into second and/or third my car shifts hard and my left tire makes a noise like a chirp and I get jurked slightly to the left. Anyone know what thet is?? Its kinda annoying...

Sounds like good ol' torque steer to me, but it could be a tranny showing age.

Well it only does it after doing a turn at a good speed. Other then that it shifts great.

This may or may not help...when I had tranny problems and hard shifting it was the vac line and manifold. I'm quite sure that 92+ Bonnes upgraded the system and started with vavles and regualators. Say, Bryan? when was the last time you flushed the fluid and had a full blown tranny service?

Try a flush and new filter. Works wonders on your tranny, hardly tell its shifting.

I replaced my lines on the vaccum modulator about a month ago when I noticed they had completely deteriated. It shifted better than it was before at the start but since then it seems to be slowly going down hill, either that or I am just getting used to it... and well it is getting pretty damn hot outside.
