How do I remove the handholds which are attached to the headliner on the front passenger and rear passenger sides. Do they just pull out, or is there some technique to getting them off? Also does the electrical wire which supplies power to the reading lights just plug in?

The wires do have a connector but typically it is duct taped and stapled to the headliner. I gave mine a couple of yanks and it came loose enough to get at the connector.

It'* really simple. The part inside that holds the pull-out piece tends to break though.

what size/kind of bulb goes in there? both of mine are out and i'd rather have the bulbs before I start tearing out my interior
