Default Touring/Perform buttons acting funny

The two buttons that control the suspension (Touring/Perform) are both lit up at the same time, when only one should be lit up. No matter what I push, they will both stay lit. I just noticed it today.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? Is it just electrical, or is there a problem with the suspension?

there is a Techinfo for the fix. I believe that there is a problem with the suspension

I've had the same problem for over a year. It doesn't seem to affect the way the car drives, so I'm ignoring it for now. I pulled a code 25 from the procedure mentioned above. I guess this is about when these cars start to go bad, as I have the same year and model.
