It would help to know what your symptoms are. What gauges? All of them? Some of them?

If this is covered in another topic, please don't post in this one any more. Go back to your original topic and update it with this information.

If this ISN'T covered in another topic (sounds like it is), please get alot more specific.

This would be your next step before buying a used cluster:

Also, if you didn' when you pulled the cluster, and the ground bus cleaning doesn't do it, take the cluster back out, and re-flow the solder on all of the connections where the boards connect together, and where there are any of the larger parts attached. Tiny cracks can develop, which are very hard to see.

Wow, I thought I was the only one going crazy with this. I did the same thing you did and still yet to no vail, mine still going crazy. It will flicker come on and then stay on for about 9 miles and then go crazy again, then stop working. Intermetting problems. I giggled the fuse box and I believe its a ground coming from somewhere in the fuse box. I cleaned everything you could think of on this, Did exactly what Wil said on the tread above and still. It makes me think these bonnevilles are notorious to electrical problems and I'm to the point where I might sell this car and get a - what a HEMI. LOL.
