gas milage

i just filled up me tank i get 17.3 miles to gallon in the city running refornulaed fuel sounds kinda low right what can i do 2 imporove?

put your MAF screen back in, when i had mine out i averaged mid to high 16'*, now that i put it back in, i noticed a good increase in top end power and i'm averaging low to mid 18'*

And change your O2 sensor if it'* over 50-60k miles. With an AC Delco unit ONLY.
