yes all the other doors unlocked. also, i went swimming one two many times with my remotes so i have to use the good 'ol key and press unlock on the door inside. ive tried pressing it over and over again

Ok let'* reiterate what we know.
We do not know if he'* got a locking door or not.
He can not find a manual release.
He'* calling the car an SE, not SLE. SE wouldn't have the locking door typically, SLE would.

you can unlock the fuel door with the power locks, using either the remote, or the button on the door, or it unlocks itself after parking and turning off the motor.
You sould be able to pull the door open slightly and look down into it to see a thin piece of metal the latch comes into from the rear (latch is just behind the finger tab). Bend that towards the front of the car. Be careful not to scratch the paint.
I'd be surprised if your year didn't have a manual release. The earlier cars don't, but yours should.
