Front Seats Won't Recline

Condition:
Motor operates, but seatback does not move.
Possible Causes:
1. Drive cable disconnected or broken.
2. Damaged, broken, or inoperable reclining actuator gearnut
Correction:
1. Check drive cable and correct, replace if broken.
2. Check reclining actuator gearnut (wherever that is?), replace if damaged.
Sorry, I haven't been able to identify the parts yet or their locations. (FSMs can be tricky books to read
