Default front end issue

hi i have a 96 bonnevillle my front end on the passenger side sakes when i get to 60+ mph its fine when im riding like 55 or below i know for sure that the tie rod boot is busted on that side but it does not pull at all the car tracks straight even at high speed i just bought the car so im not sure when the last time the tires were balanced but there are weights on them and i even tried rotating them it still is going on.... thank you

After you rotated the tires, did the issue stay on the right front? If so, then there'* likely an alignment, wheel bearing or ball joint issue.

Also check the inner joint boot on the axle. If it is ripped and all of the grease is gone it will eventually start shaking and or groaning unlike the outer side that clicks while turning when worn.
