When I make a left hand turn i have a vibration. Once I straighten it out or dont give it no gas I dont have the vibration. Does any one know what could be the cause of this?

Here are some possibilities listed from more likely to less likely: Bad drive axle, sticking strut bearing, bad motor or trans mount, bad tie rod end, bad ball joint, bad hub (wheel) bearing.
