When does it go back down? With the blistery cold conditions we've been having that'* not uncommon. My car has been struggling to get up to 180...and that'* with a 195 stat.

Since you just bought the car, can you take it back to the dealer? Granted it'* more than 36,000/3 years old, but most dealerships offer a 30 day warranty on used cars.

the only time its gotten to 200 was when i was sitting in line at the car wash and i was in line for 30 min.

my warrenty is up BUT i did have then do some work to the hvac and i had them look at why the heat bearey work and why it doesnt blow very hard so since they back up all work done the car for life of the car i think im gonnahave have them look at it and hope i can figure a way they will cover it since they worked on the hvac and its an past problem dealing with something they worked on.
