Default Foggy clear corners

My car has clear cornering lights that it seems all Bonny owners desire. the problem is that they arn't clear like they should be. They look dirty and opaque. I see the same thing on other cars, however I see ones that are still clear as well. Is there a way to clean them or would I just have to replace them? I want them to look like the ones in my car'* brochure.
