fog light replacement 93 ssei

do i have to replace the whole light or is there a bulb that i can replace, what do i need to do to replace it if it is a bulb or the whole thing. that little springy thing is confusing me

You can replace just the bulb as long as it just burned out, If you bashed it on something then obviously you'll have to replace the whole thing.

If you're housing is bashed.... you may wanna consider modding/upgrading your fog lights to something better then stock. Angel Eyes maybe.
