Curious. Did your old system finally die?

I just peeked at my '92 original system with 185,000 mi. It looks and sounds like new. Never had a system go that long.

I believe those systems are stainless!

it seems that way doesnt it my system off a 93 looks unbelieveable. no rust or anything except for the tip.

I havent see a full kit for a bonne

I did my cat back duel my self and it looks and sounds great

If you know how to weld and can get your car in the air Id say do it yourself it will be cheaper and you can say..."hey look what I did all by my self" and your friends will be like HOLY SH** you did that!!

Low grade stainless steel will rust. Before i revamped my exhaust, all of the components on my car were OEM dating back to 89. They had never been touched.

After 15 years, the pipe and the muffler had started to rust. Low grade Stainless steel, will deteriorate after 15 years...I have since installed high grade stainless. I'm told that is lifetime...whatever that means..

Thats my experience anyway
