How the locksmiths get in is pulling the top of the door frame open (not to far to spring it) an using a long prod to actuate the door unlock button.
I won't let them do that to my car though, because that can bend the window frame
that is why I said "not too far", just enough to get a stiff wire to push the unlock button.

I've used the method that Travis suggested several time on different vehicles, including Bonnevilles, without causing damage to the door. A small wooden wedge makes the job easier. The hardest part is not scratching up the paint.

ehh, I still don't trust it BUT, of course, in a pinch... if it came down to that or a broken window to get in... I would break a window because I have more but seriously, I would have them do that, but I would try to exhaust ALL other possibilities first.

ditto. I had to do that within the first 10 minutes of owning my 95. Locked my keys in the car when I filled up gas for the first time.

I got it open with a coat hanger pushing down on the unlock button.

if the window frame does get bent, just open the door, roll the window all the way down, and tweak the frame back little by little.

Then have a spare door key cut, shave the plastic off it, and stick it into your wallet.

I've gone through this before twice. 1st time the police slim jimmed the car for me (car left a nice surprise)

2nd time I HAD a spare, BUT it was at my house, AND I was at wal-mart a 2 hour walk.

I now carry a spare door key in my wallet and theresalso one stuck to the frame.

i was going to say take out the wheel fender insert (the plastic inside the wheel well) then find the blue and orange wires (correct me if i wrong) when you ground them one locks one unlocks i believe blue is unlock
thats my personal knowledge as a car audio installer
as bonne lover and football fan this is prolly not a nice choice

This happened to me two weeks ago in the SSE. I took a flatblade screwdriver, pryed open the front window frame just enough to get a piece of aluminum stock in there to hit the unlock button.

Did the same thing with a Neon that I had, but I used it'* antenna instead.
