Default Electrical Problems?

well, guys here is my problem(*).

I noticed this a while back. the car when started normally rides about 14 on the amp gage. here recently the car rides almost in the red! when you give the car gas the gauge will drop instead of raise. i had the alternator checked to see if this was the problem and they said it was good at all three places and they also said the battery was good. then i replaced the belt this didnt do any good it still does the same thing. well i was told to check my fuses none were blown. just this evening i noticed that now when i hit the gas the speedometer will jump around the amp gage will go down. the car'* speedometer will also jump when the blinkers are turned on and so will the amp gage.
I also thought maybe it was my new driving lights and disconnected them and it still did the same thing.

so i was hoping some of you can help me.

Ugghhh, electrical problems suck. Bad grounds anywhere? Check all the fuses? Throttle linkage or something? Maybe take it in and get it scanned for codes or something. **** dude I dont even know, good luck!

You're more then likely going to need to dig into your dash. Pull the connectors out, clean them, and reconnect. Pray to god it'* not a bad PCM.

Autozone never gets the OBD 1.5 right, and they might not even do it anymore.
