Default Electrical issue when Raining, help please!

Whats up everybody?

Ive got a 94 Lesabre. This issue just started last week. It was Saturday and raining hard. I drove 45 mins highway, then 20 mins around town. All of a sudden, my blinkers started blinker REALLY slow. After this, my radio started turning on and off. Those were the only two issues, everything else was OK. I stopped at the store, and when I went to crank the car, all i got was "click, click, click" very quickly. It seemed like a starter, but it wasn't. After each "click", my interior light would turn off and on. I left the car and went back later on(5 hours later). After letting the car sit for the 5hours, I got in and it fired right up. It wasnt raining now, and all was fine. I did notice that my radio lost all of its pre-sets. Im thinking when it was previously"clicking" it was losing ALL power, as the interior light was going off and on. Has anybody else ran into this>? ANY advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks! -Paul

Check this, https://www.gmforum.com/t278980/ Also check and clean your battery cables, both ends of both cables.

Very interesting link! I have also noticed recently that my drivers foot area takes in water if driving while raining, a small amount, but its there. Whats the fix to the water leak? I'll clean that ground bus, thanks so much for the leak! So how is the water leak corrected? Thanks again! -Paul

Chances are you have a hole rusted threw under the car. Find the hole and repair it, that'* about all you can do.

Alright I'll look, i already repaired my pass. side rear fenderwell, hope its easier/smaller than that was! I only asked how to fix it because the link says

"The reason for this corrosion is because over time our inner door moldings shrink and allow water to splash in the interior and the water seeps down on top of these two ground areas."

Didn't know what the fix would be for the links explanation..
