That looks broken to me, but I need to climb under the car to refresh my memory. Hard to tell for sure from your pic. I've had mine loose, but only at the bolt during adjustment.

I may have more info after the weekend.

I had a feeling someone would ask. Yeah, it'* a local paper that only does county news. We also get "The Register Mail." It'* from Galesburg and gets all the AP stuff, as well as local.
