Irish, I searched a bit on "Quad driver B Fault" and got a few decent threads. This one is quite old, but seems pertinent to your problem, perhaps. Read the whole thing, then let us know if your symptoms are the same or not.

I also had the quad driver issue and egr problems. My fuse was burnt, but I also found many of my wires in the harbness that goes from the module next to the connectors by the alternator melted and cause multiple shorts to the ECM. At the end of the day, separated all the wires by retapeing them. it got rid of the quade diver B. Engine started and stopped after 3-5 mins. Found that the cam sensor magnet (stuck to the sproket) was gone that drove many ECM faults. not sur eif this helps ya. This is day 3 for me and still putting it back together.

ok i put the new used BCS in, i found one at the junk yard. But im still gettin a the the same problems and still code 56. It does seem to be getting more boost. But i double checked every thing my TTC is engaging, i sprayed and lubed the EGR, replaced the BCS and BCA, and held my finger over the evap and thats working. So i just dont know what else i could do im out of ideas. Unless i got anther bad BCS.

Measure the resistance of the BCS from pin to pin and report it back here. Do the same for the evap purge solenoid.

There are two pins on the BCS and on the Evap purge solenoid. Measure the resistance between the pins. Not the harness, the actual solenoids.

Anthony, please ask your questions in your own topic. This is the fourth topic you've asked the same question in.

I'll answer you here just like I did in reply to your PM, but after this please continue in your OWN topic.

HE has an EGR because he has the supercharged engine. You do not. You have no EGR. The EGR is not your problem. Continue troubleshooting in your topic.
