This is a basic question, but can anyone tell me what needs to be done to access/remove the ECM in a '92 or a '93 SSEi? I'd like to check to see the PROM version, and I looked for it on the passenger side once and found more than 1 metal box there and couldn't even tell which one was the ECM.

Thanks.

the other metal box might be for the remote power locks if you have that. everything under there pretty much just removes with screws...just look for them. don't forget to unplug the connectors first.
