Allright, Ill continue writing it up later when I get home. I did not have to remove the metal sheet, its a must to have small hands though. Onto the plastic clips, they are for the rods, mine didnt look too bad and it was getting late in the day, so I just re-used the old ones, I didnt crack any so I think I am good, even though the manual and the instructions state to replace them.

One thing though, the ones that have the safety catch on them, look more like an L shape, make sure you connect them that they snap into place. I didn snap one in I guess and heard a rattling, then the next day the key wouldnt work, the lock rod finally fell out, so I had to rip apart the door panel again to snap that peice back in.

Looking at this more, the more I think I am going to have to remove the bright sheet metal holding the window in place. I can barely see the ends of the rods at the actuator, much less reach in and remove the connection.

Hey, sorry about the write up, been working a lot. Will try to get to it asap. As to removing the sheet, you can, but I think you will have mess around with the window and re align the gear. I used a flash light and a long screw driver to get to the rods, snapping them back in is a LOT easier than popping them out. Really depends on how big your hands are, My hand is 4inches across, (just measured, haha) and I am realatively thin 6'2 190lbs. If your hands are too big, see if you can borrow someone for a few minutes to do it for you. Beats messing with the plate and the dealer qouted me for $150 for one door. Just try different angles.

Ill try and have the main gist and pics up tomorrow or the next day. Any questions reply, email or PM me. Good luck
