Sway Bar
I decided to start a new thread because i'm going to try to put new end links and bushings on both the front and the rear for my sway bars this weekend, and i want to make sure i have time to get them ordered.
On the recommendation from lash i'm going with energy suspension. This is the info i've got so far:
Ok, here are my quesions:
1. The 8120 set comes with a bolt, but it'* grade 5 and not 8. Should i get a grade 8 bolt?
2. The 8105 set does not look like it comes with bolts. Is there anything i should know about getting bolts?
I'm assuming this refers the the bolt size i will need to get?
3. I'm also going to replace all the bushings as well. Anyone happen to know the diameter of the sway bar? If not i'll roll under and look, but i thought i could save myself the trouble. (i'm probably going to go with the non-greasable ones -good or bad?)
4. And finally should i go with the black or the red ones? Sounds like the black ones have graphite to add more lubrication. Neccessary?
Sorry about the length, i just want to make sure i get everything right so i can do it all on Saturday. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!!

Energy suspension endlink kits 8120 and 8105 and two bolts.. I think .3/8" thick 3.5" long grade 8 is very good w/nylock nut.
Kit 8120 is for the fronts and 8105 for the rear. You need two each of the kits and two bolts (from Ace Hardware or equal) with nylock nuts.

2. the grade 8 bolt is for the rear....follow the directions for the bolt sizing listed
3. no reason to replace the bushings waste of time and money
4. red and the black are the same.....it will not make a difference.....its your choice

The endlinks are a go for Saturday. I'll take pictures! Right now i'm also feeling ambitious enough to do some body work, but we'll see how i feel this weekend

Correct! To reiterate, the bolt size you need for the rear endlinks is 3/8" x 3-1/2". Using grade 8 is maybe a bit overkill, but not more than pennies difference in cost and it gives you that assurance that they won't fail.

Update
Ok, i got the endlinks changed. It worked out perfect because when we got under the car we found out that the head of one of the front ones was broken off. I think it happened on the way home. The bolts on the back ones were looking pretty sad too.
So we got them changed with the help of a cutting wheel, a prybar, a hammer, and a lot of sweat! I didn't get any pictures of the old ones or the process because i forgot my camera, but i'll roll under soon and get some of the news ones.
The ride in the corners is very noticeably better. She doesn't get mushy in the corners anymore. I never really noticed it until i had the new ones on.
IMO it was $33 and some sweat well spent.
Thanks everyone for your help. All the parts and sizes were 100% correct!!
