OK... This is for my old Bonne that my mom drives now... She said to me that it stutters sometimes, and when she goes to stop at a stop sign or stoplight the car dies. I told her to change the coils, plugs, and wires, and she done that and said the stuttering stopped, but I am dumbfounded to why it dies when she goes to stop. Help me out guys

is this the 93?
Might help to reset the PCM and allow the PCM to relearn the IAC position... Also it may be a good idea to clean the throttle body and remove the IAC and clean the IAC tip and the IAC passage in the throttle body...
Has the service engine soon light been on at all while the car was running/driving before it stalled out?

it is a 93 se.
The check engine light has been on, but went off this morning when she changed the coils plugs and wires.
How do you reset the PCM? Does it require a scan tool, or will unhooking the battery work as well?
