that it does 
when i used my old 92 TB on the 95 SC i had to use both gaskets to make sure the water port would seal on both..
also . so far so good with the tb sealing. runnning better and better everyday i drive it. starts and idles with the first crank sweeeeeeeeeet
also not one movement at all in the motor when running. just as smooth as can be.
BTW what do you think about nitrous on these engines
