If this is a vacuum leak, it would have to be a big one to stall out the engine. I've had leaking gaskets between the supercharger and LIM not stall the engine. I would be looking at the EGR tube real close. It'* one of two large potential vacuum leaks, the other is the brake booster. Test the EGR solenoid to make sure it'* not stuck open.

Other tests for the MAF, tap on it, and put a ice cube on top of it. If either changes the idle, the MAF is bad.

Damn, that'* a nifty bit of info there.

If your MAF seems to be alright and you don't have any vacum leaks, I've found, with my Jeeps at least, that a vehicle in need of a tune up can act like it'* having a sensor problem. Wouldn't hurt to pull a spark plug or two out and check and see what they look like.

Light did not come back on yet. Last night only had it stall once(came to stop light, rpm'* started wavering, then died, just like when the maf was bad) but still.

Sadly I work 12 hrs today, 10 tomorrow, but sunday I only work 8 hours so I should be able to get a chance to tackle it.
