I don't think "The Penray Co." is where you'd want to get a valid opinion about Dex-Cool. They're primarily geared towards Heavy Duty Engines(ie. Diesel). Unless you've swapped your 3800 for a Cummins Diesel, I don't think you have to worry about any "rocker box seal gasket". Dex-Cool.....It'* Cool!!!

I would stop using tapwater and go out to the drugstore and purchase some distilled water. Since your water comes straight out of the ground (assuming that your wellwater works the same as my wellwater here in NJ), it will be very hard and laden with minerals, which is something that you DO NOT want in your radiator. If you have a water softener, or filter it somehow, then I guess it'* acceptable, but I would use distilled water just to make sure that your'e not putting any more substances into your radiator than you should.
