Default Coolant low

My coolant reservoir keeps going low.

This morning I notice some red coolant near the valve covers on the right hand side.

Could this be that I need a new manifold gasket?

The other day I did the SeaFoam flush in the air intake. I hope I didn't damage anything and it nothing major... Need suggestion of help to solve problem.

When you start the car, get out and get a whiff of the exhaust. Does it smell sweet? Is it whitish?

How quickly is your coolant going down?

Any loss in performance or rough running at idle?
