Well I appreciate all the help you guys have given. If I was to have some great find and figured some complicated problem out all by myself I would be sure to come on here and let everyone know and be very proud of myself.

Conversely, if I was to do some bonehead screw-up, I would make sure to give it equal time. So I went home to check out my plugs and wires, and discovered that I had the #2 and #6 plug wire swapped on the coils. I switched them back and LO AND BEHOLD, SHE RUNS JUST FINE NOW!!! What a dope!

So that being said, I still have a Check engine light on for something, and she doesn't run as smoothly in park as I would expect. But as far as driving, she runs smooth, accelleration is back to where I would expect, and I like driving it again!!! As far as the check engine light goes, I know that my oil pressure sesnor is broke, I broke it while installing the engine and have never gotten around to replacing it, would that make the light come on? I would assume it would, but the sensor went bad on the old engine and I don't recall the light coming on then.

So basically she runs fine, but the light is still on and will bother me, but at least she'* fun to drive again!!

Your rough idle may be due to possible fouled plugs (2 and 6) from the oopsie. Kudos for admitting the bonehead I've done stupid stuff before, but I won't post it.

Yes, the Oil Pressure Sending Unit will set off a code. Even my '89 set off an SES light when I had a bad ground to it, a while back.
