I have 1992 Bonneville SE with vin L 3.8 (L27) engine. I bought Standard MotorProducts Ignition Coil Pack # DR-#. This is the unit with three square coils in one solid unit. I am replacing the oem coil pack that has 3 round cylinder coil packs i think made by motorola. Is this the right replacement part or is the Standard Motor Coil pack made for a different 3.8 engine package. Thanks

Your replacement is designed for the original system, used up until 92 sometime. You've got the type 2 system. So you need type 2 coils.
