Default Code 43--Car won't start.

I have newly rebuilt the engine, but I am not getting spark. My computer is pullling a code 43. Electronic Spark Timing (EST) Circuit - low voltage detected. Any ideas what might be causing this? Any suggestions would be apprciated. :?

Chuck, I don't really have specific help at this time, but have you made sure you have proper grounding? Have you checked all connections for corrosion?

Additionally,
Check connections at PCM and at harness connection points for: backed out harness connectors, improper mating, broken connector locks, damaged terminal ends, or poor connector to wire connections.

I figured it out. After pulling the harmonic balancer, I had a bent tooth causing the sensor to read improperly. I'm one step closer.
