Our Techinfo list shows code 41 for your '92 as cam sensor. Use the search feature at the top of the page using "code 41" or "cam sensor" or the like. You will get tons of hits including photos and descriptions of how to check and change the sensor above the water pump, and the interrupter magnet in the cam gear behind the sensor inside the front engine cover.

the ground for both the cam and crank sensor, are located behind the coil packs. you could start by cleaning/ or replacing those.
