Default climate control lights

once in a while the display on my electronics climate control will dim when i use the blinker and when i use the break to stop. is that normal?

No. Check battery voltage. Suspect weak or undersized battery.

Don't you mean alternator.. or signs of a failing alternator? What is your voltage?

the gauge sits just under 14v when i first got the car i was sitting at a light and i was holding the breaks and noticed that the gauge was just above 8 i think. then i let the breaks go and gave it some gas and it came back up to about 13v.

Sounds like alternator.

Try cleaning both ends of your battery cables.

darn and i just put a alti n the buick last fall. im bring the car in on monday for a sunroof problem i wonder if they could replace it for me. what should i tell them to convince then to atleast look at it.
