Sometimes it comes on after I have driven for a while. Its not always on when I start the motor. Can you recommend what order to change parts if I don't see anything obvious wrong with the ignition module or wiring?

If I had to shotgun that one myself, I'd change the crank sensor if the wiring harness looked intact, and the wires shot out to the PCM ok.
