Default Car won't start

Hey guys. I need help and I don't know what to do.

I drove about 50 miles and my sercurity light came on and then disappeared.
I drove my car again and parked. When I came back to start it up, it didn't start.
The light works so I know it is not the battery. I don't even hear a starter sound
just a clicking noise.

Please help me. I got my crank shaft sensor fixed last month so i don't think that is
what is wrong with my car.

Mike

your VATS has a problem. try cleaning your key, and if you have another one try that one too

VATS wouldn't make a clicking sound. Check your battery connections, and starter connections....soulds like the starter isn't getting enough juice.

I agree. Sounds like corroded cables or a dead battery.

You were right with cleaning the key. But when the VATS is tripped, the car will crank but not start.....Or lock out the starter for like 3 min....I believe.
