Default car idling and running rough? any ideas or suggestions?

today my 95 bonneville has been running rough it was running so rough as i gave it gas the car just dies, no check engine light came on, so i did some diagnosing and i found out i had a vacuum leak on the hose the goes to the tee with the master cyclinder vacuum hose, i fix and replaced the hose, the car seems much better than before but still i have a very slight miss, it happens when i start to drive it, it runs rough. i check for spark and i do have spark, i checked the coil packs and they are all within specs, i checked for fuel pressure and i have good fuel pressure, i checked the injectors with an ohm meter and they are all within specs, but ive notice when i give it throttle under the hood i hear that charcoal canister valve clinking every time i give it gas? is that normal should it make a clicking noise everytime i give it gas? any ideas or other suggestions that may cause my car to run rough?

I wonder if that canister can be removed and cleaned possibly. Also, my old Bonneville had bad lines going to the canister itself, i replaced them to help decrease vacuum loss, I didnt notice much diffrence.
Other thoughs
Throttle Position Sensor
Mass Air Flow sensors
OR
Idle air control valve
These will throw a code, weather or not it turns the SES light on or not, hard to say, maybe have it scanned somewere for free..autozone in the states does this I belive
