Default car hesitates at first then fine

hey i have a 1998 oldsmobile lss with the 3800 series 2 non supercharged engine and when i start the car after it has already ran like a run into a store then come out and start the car it hesitates at first then drives fine until i turn it off and it does it again but first thing in the morning if i start the car i dont have this problem or if it sits for a few hours in between starts i have done a full tune up and changed the catalytic converter also when i say full tune up i mean everything does anyone have any suggestions as what could be causing this problem

No I didn't notice it before but I haven't had the car very long and dan I looked at the egr and it looked fine what would be the problem with it

Could be a stuck open Pintle. This is like a large vacuum leak.

Ill check that tomorrow the car still idles fine at stoplights after It is running and I give it gas for about 5 to 10 seconds during that time is the only time I experience the problem

hey i checked the egr and the pintle looked seated could it only be stuck open when the car is started
