Default Can't Access Trouble Codes

The check engine light in my 95 SSEi has had coming on lately. I've stopped by 2 different AutoZones to have them scan the codes for me, and both times their scan tool was unable to link with the car. What do I do now?

94 and 95 were transition years that used the OBD II connector and codes, but still used the OBD I system to communicate with the scanner. Occasionally, some of the Advance Auto parts stores will have someone who knows enough and has the scanner to do it. Otherwise, I'm afrad that it'* a trip to a service shop or the dealer to get them pulled.

This is a link to Actron'* site to determine which code reader you need if you would like to purchase one for your car.
