The Rear Windows on my 95 SE only go half way down. I have seen other bonnies that the rear windows go all the way down. Is there something that I can do to get them to go more than half way?

Hmmm...... 92-95'* windows do not go down all the way. Not exactly sure about the 96-99, someone will chime in and tell you.

Rear windows do not go down all the way, this is a child safety feature AND it allowed designers to move the rear tires forward (smaller wheelbase) while still allowing good passenger seating. Moving the tires forward required the door to be reshaped. Look at it, you'll notice the window couldn't go down anymore anyways because of the door. Back when this started, on many cars, you could remove the detents which prevented the window from going fully down; now the door itself is the stop.
