Default Rear windows won't go down, help please!

It happened last year too. Out of the blue, we replaced one motor and then both were working and now they both seem to have stopped working completely.

Any suggestions on how to get them un-stuck?

Possibly you got a faulty window motor, or the other side has gone out this time? try swapping motors from the pass side to the drivers and see if that helps. if not then i dunno...just an idea.

The weird thing is that they were both working fine again this spring, but then crapped out earlier this month.

Are the brushes stuck? Try holding down the button while hitting on the door panel below the armrest.
