Just weld it, i have the same problem with mine, the front manifold has a crack near the original weld, my mech said he would take it off, and Arc weld it, and as for the manifolds in these cars being cast, there wouldn't be any welds as it would be one piece, at least mine isn't cast iron. well good luck, i just had my tranny fixed and now the manifold and the drivers side hub is next on the list. ABS light on and traction light on. Whats next?
