Default Cam & Crank Sensor Location?

just curious where i can locate the crankshaft positioning sensor and the camshaft sensor?
can one of those cause a "no start when hot" problem that most bonnes have? (will start but misses pretty badly for few seconds)

The cam sensor is above that on by the water pump.
