Nick, if it isn't the freon or compressor....I will bet that it is a failed air-mix door actuator or the air mix door rod has popped off the connector. If so, there is a quick fix, but my fix leaves you with ONLY full cold.

I had a very similar problem on my 93 SSEi...I turned out to be the a/c clutch relay was taking a poop :? . It is located in the relay station under the hood.
