Brake question

I have a question about my breaks. Ok here the deal. I just replaced my master cylinder and bled the brakes. I also bench bled the master before. Now the master cylinder is a little longer than the one that i had stock. so... the break pedal goes down pretty far before it engages. It'* not soft or slugish or anything, so i know i don't have any air in the system. Is there any way to adjust the breaks so that it will engage sooner. aka won't have to push the pedal so far to stop. thanks.

I have bled my whole system. It might just be the difference in the new cylinder. I also know that my rotters are getting old. I was told they are only going to be able to be turned 1 more time.
Thin rotors will affect your pedal travel. It could also be that you need to adjust the booster pushrod length to fit the new cylinder. I'm curious, why is the replacement master cylinder different from the old one?
If your car came stock with I think its a 6 not the 8 or 9 inch master cylinder then the pedal travel is going to be farther to get it to brake. Uhmmm I dont think that it is worth the time to fix this minor problem it wont hurt anything unless your short and have to extend your leg extra far to get it down. Unless you want to take everything brake wise before the MS then I wouldnt worrie about it.
