From the looks of it, that'* a leaking valve cover gasket. If you snap the throttle and the amount of smoke really don't change that would rule out a cracked manifold.

i had it running and there was not realy alot of smoke i bounced of the limiter 5 times or so and there was a lot of smoke ...i let it run for 30 miutes or so and tried it again and there was no smoke ....my father says it might just be some of the undercoating that was heating up and burning off...but as the engine became warmer and warmer i started hereing a ticking noice.....aslong as the engine was reved a little bit i could not here it but as soon as i stop reving it i could here it again ....to me it sounds like its comming from inside the supercharger...my father thinks it is the pushrods or something

The supercharger will make some clicking. Leaking valve cover gaskets will seap when the engine is off. then drip on the manifold and burn off when it heats up.
