I personally wouldn't buy an Ebay SC under any circumstances, unless it was from a verifiable, reputable COMMON source for them, or very local where I could actually inspect it first.

Guess what guys!! I am going to go to the tire store this afternoon and buy some new 16 inch tires!! I hope that I can get some with mega traction so that my car will be faster. I can't wait!!

I know the feeling. My NEW tires, even though they're siped, are currently running at 20psi for traction. Nasty storm here.
