I do not remember where it is located (I found pictures on line on how to replace it) but I have a used one for a 1998, if you are interested. I can get the actual part number. I bought a new one, but it did not fix the issue. the actual problem was the blower motor. My original one works fine, I am using the new one. If interested the number is 540-354-6851.

It would be located under the maxifuse relay center on the firewall.

Remove the relay center and it is held into the blower box by 3 7mm screws.
