Default Another Heat Issue

Sorry for the redundancy guys and girls -
But just today the Bonneville decides it does not want to heat up.

There is a little amount of heat coming out of the vents, BUT it'* not very forceful. I even let it run for about 20 minutes beforehand.

Any suggestions on what there may be... again it blows hot air... but not very hard.
thanks -
adam

Sounds like your blower fan. Luckily, it'* easy to replace in our Bonnevilles. Also, it might be your vent door, which is a known issue. Search for it, and you'll find detailed guides to fix the linkage that breaks behind the glove box.

is the air not warm, or is it not blowing out fast enough?

Sounds like the blower motor is dying on you. Mine did that - got slower and slower and eventually started to stop altogether. Check it by pulling the electrical connector at the blower motor and measuring for full battery voltage with the fan switch on high. Full battery voltage will make a new blower motor really zoom.

Read this for the motor change out prodedure in a '95 SLE:

it'* either the blower motor or the plugged air passage from fall rubble.

The blower is not that hard to replace esp if you don't have strut bar. If you do u just have sturt bar to find the right angle to get out of(my approch on my car). It sturt back on fire wire toward the middle of car. My new motor cost about $35. The entire job took me about 20 min that including getting the part. My auto part store is right around the corner. The other to check for if not blowing hard is possible vacum leak my car had both wrong orinigal.
